The Problem
Every year, lakhs of students pick careers based on what their parents did, what their friends are doing, or what coaching centers say is "in demand."
The result? Many end up in careers that don't fit them, realizing years later they made choices without actually understanding what different careers involve.
Career counseling exists, but it's often expensive, inaccessible, or just... another personality test that tells you what you already know.
Our Approach
We don't use personality tests. We don't claim to predict the "perfect" career.
Instead, we help students:
- Understand their preferences through scenario-based exploration
- Shadow real professionals to see what work actually looks like
- Have honest conversations with people doing the jobs they're curious about
- Make informed decisions with their families, not in isolation
Think of it as career exploration, not career prediction.
